Why it always failed when checking downloaded packaged during installation?
I downloaded four packages from your website today,
which are openclovis-sdk-gpl-2.2.tar.gz,
openclovis-sdk-doc-2.2.tar.gz,
crossbuild-ia32-linux-rhel4-2.6.9-1.0.tar.gz,
3rdparty-base-1.0.tar.gz.
The four packages are all ok when validate them through md5 values.
In other words, the generated md5 values of each package is exactly
the same as the md5 values provided by you.
But when i install clovis by input "sh install.sh",it always
failed when checking downloaded packages, the output message is as below:
Checking downloaded package Failed
[ERROR]Checksum error:It is not safe to install these packages,
please download them again......
[WARNING]aborting installation......
[WARNING]The installation is incomplete, rerun install.sh to restart and
complete installation.
Thanks in advance!

Can you give us some details of your OS? I just double checked on a RHEL4 machine, there is no problem.
There was one case that I duplicated the problem you described above, which is when I tried to install it on my gentoo laptop.I'm afraid SUSE has the same problem too.
Regards,
chen.
Hi Ken,
I am not really sure why this is happening. By any chance did you download the files on to windows and later moved them to linux machines?
Did you try downloading the packages again?
Thanks
