Has there been any efforts to support Solaris? I can see that Clovis uses some Kernel modules. How much effort is involved in supporting Solaris?

The current release 2.2 does not suppport solaris. But I don't expect porting is a huge task given openclovis has a nice OSAL layer. Yes, IOC kernel module would require some work to port to solaris. But IOC also has a user process mode. what SUN platform are you planning to use for solaris?

We are planning to use Solaris 10 on AMD64/Bladecenter initially but can move to other platforms. We are less interested in hardware control more in higher level functionality.
