Rebooting the System controller Node

Hi,
I am using clovis evaluation application and working on multinode checkpointing and failover application. All the configuration files are fine and when i kill any process on the system controller or on payload then its standby is coming up and taking over also ckeckpointing is working fine.
But whenever i'm giving a Reboot command on the System Controller or Payload at that time the standby process is not coming up to takeover.
Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

There were some known issues with rebooting system controller without a redundant system controller or reboot of payloads, with IOC not rightly detecting that the peer node has left thereby preventing application failovers. These have been fixed in our latest 3.0 code where we have integrated with TIPC instead of our IOC for communication, apart from many other additions as mentioned in the
website. This is out for some and should be available here anytime for download.
