What is OpenClovis TAE?

OpenClovis TAE is specifically designed for test automation of large scale complex distributed network elements based on computing platform such as AdvancedTCA or other COTS-based servers.

  • Very high level test case programming environment, using Python programming language. OpenClovis will release Python interfaces for ASP/SAF middleware in upcoming release 3.1 which provides easy interfaces to middleware in TAE or other python-based test applications
  • Developed in conjunction with the OpenClovis ASP middleware, but can be used for testing non-ASP systems as well
  • Easily configurable test fixture based on XML files to execute same set of test cases across multiple platforms
