"Project > Properties" menu item is grayed

Hello all,

I'm following openclovis modeling tutorial to build sample application.
When I proceed at "Setting Project Properties" on page 30. I find
"Project > Properties" is grayed. Also do "Open Project", "Close Project",
"Build Project". How could I fix that? (Try to skip this and directly
build project failed. IDE indicates SISP location & Python location is
not set). BTW, I'm using Fedora Core 3.

Problem solved. Only after double click one of the project files in the left workspace tree view will "Project > Properties" be highlighted.
