User guide for IDE says to invoke a file that doesn't exist

Page 30 of Open_Clovis_UG_2.2.pdf says to launch ClovisWorks you should run a script inside the Eclipse directory (under the ClovisWorks directory) as in ./clovisworks.sh &
This script and the directories do not exist in the IDE distribution. It seems that the documentation is out of date.

The distribution currently posted (as of May 23, 2006) contains only the source code distribution of the OpenClovis IDE. This version is intended for developers of the IDE. The script file ./clovisworks.sh is only provided with the binary (commercial) distribution (the section you are reading is labeled "For Commercial License"). You can find the instructions for starting the open source distribution of the IDE on the next page of the manual under "For OpenSource". We will be posting a binary version for open source use shortly.
Due to bandwidth restrictions, the current IDE distribution did not include the dependencies of the IDE, namely the java run time and the relevant eclipse packages. Once these are included, the paths in the documentation are valid.
This will be corrected shortly, sorry about that.
