Can someone provide me with the instructions for installing the 3rdparty dependencies of OpenClovis?

currently you can find it in the pre-packaged openclovis download.
There is an "OpenClovis Installation Guide" in the download area as well as a tarball of all 3rd party software required by OpenClovis. Make sure you are downloading from sourceforge because the obsolete version of the guide is still on the openclovis.org site. You can reach the correct version by clicking on the DOWNLOAD OPENCLOVIS link under the Downloads tab above.
