No Application is running on Payload(not even the Sample Application)

I have modeled my network for one system controller and two payload nodes.Whenever i try to Run the ASP on the System Controller, at times log were getting generated but at times log were not getting generated even on the System Controller.Logs were never generated on the Payload nodes(the configuration of the payload is done according to the section 4.2 in evaluation guide)

i tried to run the sample application(for one System Controller and one Payload) but here too logs were not getting generated on the payload(here i have changed the XML log)
No Sample Application runs on the Payload

Nitin,
Are you able to see all the SISP services up and running? Run 'ps -aef | grep sisp' on both system controller and payload blades. I doubt if SISP came up properly.
