How to creat a project in red hat El PC and run it in the same machine?-It have to use Log, alarm features

Hello all,
Im new user.I have just installed open clovis.when starting (init.d/sisp start our machine just hangs.
machine configuration
RHEL 4
1 GB RAM
80 GB hard drive

My Aim is to create a simple project that uses loging and alarm features.
I going to use one machine to develop, deploy and run.

Pls help me by providing step by steps to do it...

Pls do the needfull...

Hi ,
Did you follow the instructions as is in OpenClovis_EvaluationGuide-2.2.pdf?
Check the /var/log/sisp file to verify if there are any errors.

[root@localhost init.d]# ./sisp start
Starting sisp_amf:

After that it just hangs.
Nothing is logged in /var/log/sisp
iptables -F produces no output

pls do the needfull..
