csa102 problem (multiple node configuration)

Hi All,

I'm trying to run csa102 in multinode cluster configuration. But failed to
perform admin operation on the sg.

I'm using the sequence below
- define in models/eval/target.conf 3 nodes: SCNodeI0, PayloadNodeI0, PayloadNodeI1
- make & install & start sisp on cluster nodes
- invoke lockutil on SCNodeI0 to lockassignment csa102
(lockutil output "Successfully changed state of csa102SGI0 to LockAssignment")
- ps on PayloadNodeI0 & PayloadNodeI1, find csa102 comp not instantiated

And I find
- PayloadNodeI0 & PayloadNodeI1 only boot into level 2.
- SCNodeI0's debugshell don't list PayloadNodeI0 & PayloadNodeI1 slot context.

GMS view on three nodes are same, something like
cli[Test:Slot1:gms]-> view_list 0

You might be able to reproduce the problem using the above sequence. What
might be the reason?
