0 Octets In IP Address of ASP
Submitted by zimet on Sun, 2007-03-25 18:38.
The OpenClovis Evaluation Guide states:
"Due to a current limitation with ASP, there must be no '0' octects in the IP addresses of the nodes comprising the ASP
setup"
Can someone explain exactly what that means? Thanks in advance.

Hi ,
When you are using the evaluation kit in multiple node set up it requires you to have IP addresses configured in the target.conf file as explained in section 4.2.3.
These IP addresses can not contain any '0' octet. Addresses like 192.168.0.x or 192.0.x.y will not work.
Thanks,
Hari
